Key Metrics
Average Check: Increasing the average check amount
Retention: Returning users to the services
Design Process
I used the design-thinking framework to work on this project. The process stages I used: Were empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Each stage helped me better understand everyone's needs and use the results of previous designs to improve my next ones. This was a non-linear process that helped me develop a better understanding of how to communicate a luxury message to my target audience.
Competitive Analysis
Hypotheses
At the beginning of the research, we understood the project topic, studied the product, and tried to use it. Next, we communicate with the business, trying to understand the context of the business, what tasks it solves, what problems it has, and what its goals are.
The more accurately you formulate a hypothesis, the more accurately you understand what needs to happen for it to be confirmed or refuted, and the better you can approach the research itself and formulate the research scenario more accurately. Or you will pay attention to some things that can confirm or disprove the hypothesis. This will lead to better research and results you can share and have more confidence in.

If [action] then [outcome] and increase business [metrics]
If we split the apartments by category, this will help users find desired apartments easier and faster, and increase the average check amount.
If we provide the user with a blog page, this will make users want to visit the website more often to read articles and increase Returning users to the services.

User Journey Map ( UJM )
Prioritizing the Problem
After we had built a map of the current user experience, we saw what steps the user goes through on the way to his goal, what problems and pleasant moments he encounters at each step, and what he does at each of these steps. So users' Pains, Gains, and Jobs from interviews from a heap of stickers turned into a completely understandable structure with which we will work further.
To do this, we need to prioritize and structure all the information we receive. And this is where Two-Factor Analysis will help us. This is an assessment of each problem/job/pleasantness according to 2 criteria.
First, we focus on the problems that are critical for users and most often arise - the upper right square. As a result, we get a prioritized list of tasks, according to which we will work in the first version of our product.
Ideate
The How Might We (HMW) method will help us move on to the next stage and start a brainstorming or idea-generation session. We pick a problem and formulate it as a How Might We question.
We focus on specific problems and generate a large number of ideas. Then, by voting and prioritizing, we select the best solutions and move on to the stage of their implementation.

Wireframes
Based on the found problems and generated solutions, we create Wireframes. Then we collect them into a clickable prototype based on User Flow and proceed to the testing.

What I learned
This was a really exciting project to work on and I'm really happy with the result. The most enjoyable part was getting to know your business, understanding your problems, and delivering something that adds value.
